Hayden Andrews-Jones was born in 1892 in Newport, Monmouthshire the son of James Andrews-Jones and Anne of 18, Broughton Rd, Ealing, London.

He served in the 19th Battalion, The King’s Liverpool Regiment as Private No 25015 under the surname Jones. He was killed in action on the 28th March 1918 aged 26 during the German Spring Offensive.


He has no known grave and is commemorated on the Pozieres Memorial.
